I decided to make some radical changes, like completely repaint the eyes and add a darker background but as a result I feel the painting has gotten much stronger.

"Keba again", finished, new oil painting
So I worked some more on the painting I started last Thursday in life drawing class.
I decided to make some radical changes, like completely repaint the eyes and add a darker background but as a result I feel the painting has gotten much stronger.

Its a powerful painting indeed. Great job.
I still like the first keba painting (unfinished) - it has a totally different feel with the red background/tones - a warmer feel.
Thank you Sue! The other Keba painting with the red background has a rougher feeling which I also like. It might has to do something with the palette knife work which I want to use more often :)
